RESERVATIONS

The Conference Centre at the Hotel Pineta Palace boasts no less than 6 multi-purpose, fully refurbished halls covering an area of approximately 1,500 square metres, including the spacious foyer. Of all the possible types of set-up, the theatre layout guarantees a total capacity of about 1,300 seats. All spaces are located on one floor (Level -1) with direct access to the large, free indoor garage. The two spacious restaurants, one of which is located on the same level, have a total seating capacity of 310.
The rooms, 5 of which have natural light, are equipped to meet the needs of our guests: high quality audio and video systems, flip charts, new LED lighting system, wired and wireless microphones, meeting desks of different sizes and free wi-fi connection. On request it is possible to have a control booth (for 2 rooms), exclusive set-ups and various entertainments. There is also a video surveillance system and a videoconferencing service connected to the Executive Floor "The Seventh Heaven".
We are able to offer a wide range of integrated services also thanks to the coordination of our dedicated and highly qualified Team, which accompanies customers in the realisation of every type of meeting and banqueting event, always in the name of courtesy and professionalism.

Excelsa

The Excelsa hall, one of the largest in the entire city, is the jewel in the crown of our Convention Centre: with a size of 826 square metres. It is therefore ideal for hosting large meetings and congresses, competitions, sales promotions and fashion shows. The natural light and the renovated LED lighting system allow optimal illumination at every point. There are two entrances and direct access from outside for loading and unloading equipment.

- 20 LED spotlights in the central part of the hall of 150 watts each; disco lights, Strobe, Mantra, Sphere and customised with hotel logo;
- 38 KW power supply available in the hall for any other event;

The Borea hall is 181 square metres in size and is ideal for meetings and conferences or elegant ceremonies and gala dinners. It is possible to set up the room in a horseshoe shape or as a single table.
