Our room at Hotel Pineta Palace was great. We had plenty of space and a very appropriate set up for 3 people. The desk staff was very helpful in providing information and maps for our navigating around Rome by bus and shuttle, and for touring the sites. They helped us with computer use, taxi service, and everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful experience. There were no surprises with additional charges. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet. There was a large group, Cosmo, staying there at the same time. They were set up with a far more extensive breakfast buffet than "individuals" were. There was a separate section for individuals with a different breakfast buffet which did not have much selection on it. We did not have eggs, yogurt, or as many meats and other items. Our buffet was limited. The large Cosmo group was served many more selections.
